I’m shocked and delighted to report that I’ve been given the Liebster Blog award by Heidi of Home in Greece. A combination of recipes, frugal living advice, and eye-opening accounts of daily life in Greece, reading Home in Greece is one of the pleasures I enjoy daily. Please check out her blog; I’m sure you’ll like it!
The purpose of this award is to recognize new blogs with fewer than 200 followers which deserve more blog love! So I am very happy to pass the torch to five blogs that are new (or receive less traffic than they deserve).
The Liebster Blog Award Rules:
1. Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog
2. Link back to the blogger who presented the award to you
3. Copy and paste the blog award on your blog
4. Present the Liebster Blog Award to 5 blogs of 200 followers or less who you feel deserve to be noticed (see below)
5. Let them know they have been chosen by leaving a comment at their blog
I’m not exactly sticking to the “under 200 followers” rule because all the blogs I read have been around for a while and already have a following. That being said, here are the five blogs I think you should read, in no particular order:
Weight Loss and Corrine: Written by a fellow travel enthusiast, Weight Loss and Corrine is not just another weight loss blog. Corrine’s stories of her struggles and triumphs with her diet, exercise, studies, and travels show a passion for life that is infectious.
Reading in Skirts: Filled with fun fashion, accessories, and hairstyles, Reading in Skirts also has interesting book reviews, recipes, and stories thrown in the mix to keep the reader entertained both visually and intellectually. And they remind me of how much fun I used to have with my hair before I got old and boring!
Sweet Mother: Interesting and hilarious stories and commentary on a variety of topics, Sweet Mother is as funny as it is thoughtful.
Walking-Girl’s English Blog: Beautiful photos of beautiful places and stories about travel. What more could anyone want in a blog?
Roy Cruz Photo Blog: Roy’s photography explores the people and places that he sees in his everyday life in Korea, from friends and family to land and city-scapes. Looking at his photos always brings me back to the joy of living in Korea!
I encourage you to check out these blogs; they’ll definitely keep your interest!
